Hey Quintin, I like the site, How often will you be blogging? I didn't watch the Pro bowl but what would you say is the speed that the game is played at. example Reg season and playoffs the players are playing full speed 100% thanks T
Hi T. Once get more and better acquainted with the site and how everything works I will be blogging very often. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with fans and become closer to the people who have supported me so much over the years. As far as the Pro Bowl game goes, I must say I enjoyed everything about the entire week. It was a great honor being apart of a team filled with all stars and future legends. That being said the actual game was a little weird for me. It was my first time so I asked a few of the guys how should I play and everyone said its really laid back and I should just make sure I don't get injured. So I assumed everyone took the same mindset. I was wrong. It seemed like everyone was playing at a different level. I played hard but definitely not during normal season mode. I would say 97 percent of the guys on the field played at first pregame of the season level. Which is about 75-80 percent.

You had a really cool roommate the year you moved out of the dorms at BSU. Still keep in contact with that person or anyone from back in Boise?
Yes I still keep in touch with a lot of people still in Boise. The roommate you speak of is a guy named Chris. His nickname is Majik though. I do still talk to him often. Although he is a complete nerd.

QMike, Congratulations on your Pro-Bowl selection and continued success! You are a great Bronco and give current and future Broncos somebody to look-up too. You have helped put the Broncos on the map as "DB University". With your busy NFL schedule are you able to stay involved in the Boise State program as an alum and mentor? Best of luck this coming season, I became an Eagle fan the day you put the uniform on!
I have tried to stay as close to Boise State University as I possibly can. I have developed relationships with many current and former players. I tend to think of myself as a mentor to all of the players. I have had the pleasure of speaking to the team on a couple of occasions over the past few years. This season I talked to the guys before the homecoming game. It was really a lot fun. I feel like the players really listen to what I have to say so it means a lot. I have developed relationships with current standouts in defensive backfield as well. Namely Kyle Wilson and Jeron Johnson. I know these two will be playing on sundays and its really a great to see. I have continued friendships with Chris Carr whom I took under my wing and he's doing really well now in the NFL Gerald Alexander and I talk now and again. I try to stay in contact with as many Broncos as I can. Its a close fraternity of brothers and we have to continue to keep it that way!!

Hey Quintin, I was just wanting to know if I could get a signed picture. You're one of my favorite players and I'm getting ready to move into my dorm in about a month... So I was going to frame it and hang it up. I completely understand if you don't have time. I hope 2010 is a great season for us! Matt
